So very realistic, I can actually imagine seeing a real looking woman like that. Very detailed.
I like her right eye, it's pupil is narrowed like a cat's and it looks very nice. Also her hair is wonderful. You did a great job with this. Did you model this yourself? Or did you take a picture of someone?
If you did this completely from your own imagination I appluad you. That is great detail without a source. You did a really good job.
Yay i just realized i'm the first commenter. It really is a great picture. I like all the accessories like the jewel and the feather. On her neck are there symbols or is that just shading?

It looks so beautiful, I like how you centered by using the cloak as outline and still added nice details to the edge of the drawing.
The face looks great, the two different eyes give her this wonderful magic aura (but I think the left eye could be a little darker at the edge of the iris
The shading of the hair is also well done.
